My name is Marcus Sifuentes, and I am running for the Arizona State Legislature in District 26. I am a Navy Veteran, husband and father of four girls, a semi-conductor field engineer, and a Naval Reservist.
One thing I have never been is a politician. I was too young to vote when the 2010 Tea-Party kicked off, but the power of a grass-roots movement in shaking up a political system was truly inspirational to me, as it was to many Americans. We made a return to the political model that was laid forth by our founding fathers, that public policy is not meant to be dictated only by lawyers, executives, and lobbyists. It is also meant to be run by the famers, manufacturers, medical professionals, teachers and more.
I am running on Clean Election Funds. My goal is to fight for the middle class, as a member of the middle class. I am not accepting any PAC or corporate money of any type, because I have faith that with a strong enough message and help from voter’s who truly care about their community we can accomplish our mission and make the future of Arizona brighter for our children and grandchildren.
Thank you for taking the time to read my bio. I believe that with your help I can win this race and help to keep Arizona a conservative state. We do not need people from the outside of Arizona telling us how to live and how to govern ourselves. It should always be people over politics and issues before party.
Continued Service,
Marcus Sifuentes
